Welcome to YK999 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). YK999 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting users in Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and YK999 governing your access to and use of the platform, its content, features, services and any associated applications.

YK999 provides sports betting markets, live casino content, slot game access, esports wagering and related gaming information. The Platform operates as an online gaming service and is not a licensed gambling operator under Pakistani domestic law. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Platform"

The YK999 website accessible at https://yk999.cam/, including all pages, sub-pages, applications, tools and services made available thereon.

"User" / "You"

Any individual who accesses, browses, registers with or otherwise uses the Platform, whether or not a registered account holder.

"Account"

"Bonus"

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall be construed accordingly.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To open and maintain an account on the YK999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform;
• You must not be acting as a professional gambler, agent or syndicate player exploiting promotional offers or platform vulnerabilities for systematic commercial gain;
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — must be accurate, complete and current at all times.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

YK999 reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility verification at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal and in response to any suspicious activity flagged by internal risk controls. You must cooperate fully with any verification request, including providing government-issued identity documentation, proof of address and, where required, source-of-funds evidence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify YK999 immediately — via [email protected] — if you become aware of, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, any unauthorized access to your account. Any activity conducted through your account prior to such notification shall be deemed to have been carried out by you.

YK999 recommends the use of two-factor authentication ("2FA") where available, a unique and strong password that is not reused across other platforms, and regular review of your account transaction history for any unexplained activity.

YK999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations under this clause.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the YK999 Platform. Breach of any item in this clause may result in account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or opening accounts using stolen or third-party identity documents;
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, promotions or free bets through coordinated play, collusion, arbitrage or any pattern of wagering designed to withdraw bonus value without genuine engagement;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet or tournament setting;
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros or any automated software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are derived from unlawful activity, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") laws;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its infrastructure, databases, user data or backend systems through any technical means;
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, scraping, reverse engineering or commercially exploiting any content, game mechanics, data or software from the Platform without prior written authorization.

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are accepted by the Platform and that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Payment methods available on the Platform may vary over time and are subject to the policies of the relevant payment service providers.

For contextual reference, Pakistani users may be familiar with payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the multiple by which the bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus at a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets prior to withdrawal. Always verify the actual requirement before claiming a bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and certain sports markets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Refer to the specific game contribution table for each offer.

• In the event of a disputed result or ambiguous market outcome, YK999's ruling shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure;
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits may vary by sport, event, user account status and market type;
• YK999 reserves the right to limit, suspend or close any account that exhibits patterns of play inconsistent with recreational gambling, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of enhanced odds, consistent pre-match advantage-play or professional arbitrage activity.

All casino games on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, baccarat and table games — are operated by licensed third-party game providers. The rules and RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are published within the game interface or the provider's documentation.

Subject to these Terms, YK999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YK999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data, goodwill or reputation;
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages;
• Damages resulting from technical failures, server downtime, cyberattacks, errors in odds display, delayed bet settlement or Force Majeure events;
• Losses arising from a user's reliance on any information published on the Platform, including bonus terms, odds figures or game RTP data.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, the aggregate liability of YK999 to any individual user shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YK999 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of any content on the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless YK999, its affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Platform;
• Your breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Any third-party claim relating to your use of the Platform;
• Any inaccurate information provided by you in connection with your account registration or KYC process.

YK999 reserves the right to assume exclusive control over the defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with YK999 in the defence of such claims and not to settle any such claim without YK999's prior written consent.

YK999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity detected on the account;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse or organized advantage play;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority;
• Dormancy — where an account has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, YK999 may apply an inactivity fee or close the account, subject to applicable law and prior notice.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances, promotional credits and pending bet returns attributable to a breach may be forfeited in their entirety. Real money balances that are confirmed as legitimately earned and not subject to any forfeiture condition shall be returned to the user following satisfactory AML and fraud screening, within a reasonable period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting YK999 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any pending bets, withdrawal requests or compliance verifications.

The collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data by YK999 is governed by the YK999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and YK999.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, processing for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling management, regulatory compliance and — where you have given consent — marketing communications.

YK999 will not sell your personal data to third-party commercial entities for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable license jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

YK999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect:

• Updates to applicable law or regulatory requirements;
• Changes to Platform features, services or business practices;
